I was more concerned about the way they behaved at their place. It's funny that, because more than a few of us were concerned about how you behaved at our place too. How strange!

This thread is not going to be de-railed by a Hemel vs St Albans fans debate. Both were involved, end of story, no one came out looking any better.

That's a good signing for you, Chesham's defence was pretty solid last season (yes yes, playoff final etc) and he looked good every time I saw him.

What ever happened to Alexis Nikolas, last I heard he was coaching one of our youth sides? He was a class act

I'm hoping Tom Pett will sign after his holiday in the US, sounds like he's leaving Wealdstone and is at college with a year remaining
Question is, if you were him (aged 22) go pro for a lower divison club and quit your studies or stay semi-pro for 1 more year and finish your studies

Don't let the Wealdstone fans see this though, they love a good moan!

Dillon and Roberts aside, does where your mates play really affect that much? Weren't there rumours that he was considering heading to the US anyway? College can wait, I'd've thought.

What has become of Corcoran, Nwokeji, Calcutt and Henry ?
I presume Kerrea Gilbert is going elsewhere. No doubt there will be a few trialists ?
Squad lacks pace and width for Conference South and, without Ram Marwa, we lack a good holding mid-fielder. I remain confused about Clarke, maybe he will be the holding mid-fielder (or Corcoran )Who will play wide left ?
Questions, questions.

Kaloczi for the Ram role! Maybe a party of one here but I reckon he's got potential

What ever happened to Alexis Nikolas, last I heard he was coaching one of our youth sides? He was a class act He was head coach under Franco Sidoli at Hadley F.C. in the the South Midlands League until the end of the 2012/13 season, when work commitments intervened.

17 man squad including the likes of Taylor... We probably will see a couple of more arrivals/re-signings then.

The squad is shaping up nicely. I am glad Corcoran has signed. I know he's divided opinion among fans on this forum but I think the way he plays will suit the step up, as will a good pre-season to build his fitness.
It would be disappointing if Marwa was unable to stay because he was a player who really caught my eye when I first started watching Saints regularly.
I'd still like to see another midfielder. Comley redeemed himself with two fine performances in the play-offs after a very indifferent run of form. Again, I wonder if he'll look better at Conference South level?
Kalcozi and Keenleyside will presumably play as big a role, if not a more significant role, this coming season.

With Marwa is the issue simply time? I understand that he lives in Essex, has a PT business and that his partner has had a second child. Could we be flexible in terms of midweek training? He seems very committed to his fitness and he at a age were he unlikely to improve through training

He seems very committed to his fitness and he at a age were he unlikely to improve through training I understand the issue is/was that either he or his wife has been offered a job abroad, and he was taking the time between the end of the season and pre-season to make a decision as to whether they would stay in Britain, or move abroad.
