We're scheduled to play Bromley at home on Monday, September 8, the same night England play in Switzerland in their opening Euro 2016 qualifying match.
Now, I'd rather watch The Great British Bake-Off than England qualifying matches but is there a chance the Saints match will be moved to avoid any impact on the attendance?
I hope not because as it stands this is one of the few home games I can actually get to between now and Christmas. Anyone in the know?

Only speculating but probably no. Has never happened before - I remember one or two Saints games being on at the same time as England games. The crowd often takes something of a hit but never as much as you'd think.
The irony is of course that the decision to move our midweek home games to Monday was designed to avoid clashes with big games on television !!

They have moved them before, I seem to remember playing Kidderminster on a Sunday in the conference and we've had 1pm k/o before, England play on Friday nights more these days but they now have this week of football thing where games are played Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun and Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur or something similar over international week which is why England are playing on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays
I would have thought if they were going to move it then it would have been done by now
Annoyingly, I shall miss the Bromley game as I will actually be at the England game in Basle, anything to do in Switzerland on a Monday night??
