James is probably right but we need to start wising up on the discipline issue. Our record is dreadful. We could make a start by cutting out out all the backchat and keeping out of the referee's ear. No referee is ever going to change his mind once he has made a decision so why bother even going there? The only thing you are going to get is another yellow, if you continue to persist. Crazy.

It would be interesting to see a table of reds and yellows in this league as there do seem to be plenty of reds being dished out in other games as well. Hemel got 3 in one match - when they lost away to Bath. However, most of the reds - for us and opposing teams - I've seen this season appear to have been deserved.

I remember we had a big issue with discipline during the previous management era, but he denied it and remember him telling me so after having a third player sent off in as many games away at Swindon Supermarine. Getting the manager to admit to there being a problem is part of the issue.

This definitely needs to be addressed. What comeback is on the players? It definitely costs the team in results - last Saturday being a probable example.

HaHa. I loved that bring back the Vickers. At least when he got sent off it was because he bloody well meant it!
