As Bromley will be receiving the automatic promotion position, wouldn't it be oh so ironic if Ben Martin finds himself having jumped onto the wrong train should Borehamwood not get through via the playoffs.

It's a bit harsh to revel in that, Kroofs, although I do understand the dislike towards Boredom Wood now, having been there this season.
I thought Ben Martin was a true leader last season, especially when things were a bit sticky, but he looked shaky this season against better forwards. The rash of early goals we conceded were not solely down to him of course, but as captain and the leading centre half, he set the tone.
Given an opportunity to go to a team challenging for promotion, who wouldn't have taken it? Especially as they are nearby and seemed to want him at a time when he was getting a wee bit of criticism from fans on here. He also got involved in a spat or too on Twitter.
Personally I don't want Boredom Wood to go up but that's purely about them, not Ben Martin.

With Ben Martin on his toes to Boreham senseless it was with disbelief for most of the season to see Kalozci out on loan and not getting first team football. Dont even understand why he was on the bench last Saturday. He is a class centre half.

Now that I agree with. Kaloczi has been excellent when he's been used.

One or two off the field issues have probably hampered Kaloczi this season. However, hopefully he may get a start tomorrow.

It would be absolutly hilarious if Borehamwood didnt go up - tbh it'd be more hilarious seeing Ben Martin in the conference.

Boreham wood in Conf with average crowds of under 300 would be travesty-like them or not they deserve better support and anywhere else they would have had crowds twice the size they get. and teams finishing second don't have a great record on play offs -apart from us of course!
