I would happily see Frendo go. Can imagine Malcom and Lowe won't be hanging around either.

Well we want the best quality players with a committed attitude to the Saints - whoever plays for us.

Terrific news about Comley.
Great to secure the spine of last year's team. Will be interesting to see if any new faces come in.

Great news about Comley - and Wales and Malcolm. One or two more retentions + a couple of new signings will be brilliant.

Great to have many of last seasons squad signed by June, can really search for few new faces now, still like frendo and lowe to sign up. Wot does everybody think?

Definitely want Jack Green to sign. Not sure about Frendo and Lowe. Frendo certainly has the ability but I want to see an improvement in his commitment and fitness. Lowe can be brilliant on his day but he needs to improve his consistency. Great to have 11 signed up already.

Personally I would be more than happy if we got Howie, James Kaloczi, Matt Taylor, Frendo, and most importantly Jack Green to sign up aswell and then complement the squad with quality loan signings from league clubs

No surprise to be honest. Will be interesting to see how he does at Hemel, and whether they're willing to suit his style.
Thanks for the goals John, best of luck down the road.

Can't say I'm sorry. Didn't overly impress me at the matches I saw last season. Lack of fitness and commitment were apparent. I'm sure that the G men must have someone better lined up.

For me Frendo always had the best first touch of any player I've ever seen play for St Albans in the 20 odd years I've been watching them and that led to the goal tally he had in the Southern League
Last season though his touch went, his ability to score went, his confidence went, his attitude went, his fitness went I will never bad mouth him because he pretty much single handedly got us promoted but he was in the same bracket as most of Hemels strikers of 2 seasons ago IMO, would stick tons away in the Southern League but not at this level and the fact that Hemel did what we didn't last season and got rid of their strikers from their promotion season makes this signing even more bizarre

Thanks for the memories Mr Frendo and good luck at Hemel - he falls into the Drew Roberts category - too good for the Southern Premier but not good enough for the Conference South. This sould free up some of the wage budget which is good news.
He scored some cracking goals for us and we wouldn't have been promoted without him

Frendo played a huge part in getting us promoted from the Southern League and thank you for your contribution.
It's no coincidence that our form at the end of the season improved without Frendo in the starting lineup. It's time to move on so the team can evolve and improve.

I guess what he was offered was less than he was used to. Probably more in line with what he was worth.

Considering there was not much of a desire within the club to offer Frendo a new deal, I can't imagine we offered him the money he was on previously. Interesting to wonder what Hemel offered... Their highest paid player last season at their place, from what I've been told, was well under our figure.

Although I appreciate what he did for us during the promotion season I cannot forgive him for what he did with regards to missing the FA cup game. I am glad to see him go and will definitely not be wishing him good luck. I am just surprised another team in our league took a chance on him.
Fingers crossed that he will have an equally poor season next season.

Always believed that Keeno was one of the more gifted players in the squad, so last season was a disappointment (Not that he necessarily got the chances he deserved in terms of starting matches).
Hopefully he'll re-sign and really get his head down. He's got the ability to shine.

Wonder if Gray and Golds will be retaining the likes of Kaloczi, Bailey, Taylor, Longe-King and Yearwood
