Flare thrower should receive a life ban from CP.

I imagine it was the one and only time they were planning to attend anyway (he was a "supporter" for the day)

Nanny State Whereas I don't agree to throwing them on pitches anyone who had stood on a German football terrace will testify they make the atmosphere brilliant Here is a picture of the away Mannheim fans at our German twin town of Worms a couple of weeks ago, we were at this fixture last season and the atmosphere was electric I also don't see anyone mass arresting the so called Clapton Ultras

If you're referring to EFMTFTV, it's no surprise. He responded in a similar manner when we discussed flares back in January.

Indeed. It wouldn't have taken a lot for someone behind the goal to have been seriously injured by one of those flares on Saturday. He'll be a advocating that it is ok to bring in a bazooka or a rocket launcher into the ground, next. After all, 'it's only a bit of fun isn't it?'

As someone with asthma, having the air you breathe polluted with smoke from flares was not my idea of fun. It's this sort of thing which can suddenly trigger an asthma attack. A lot of people don't realise that you can die from an asthma attack. If you want this sort of 'atmosphere', travel abroad and not to Clarence Park.
