I didn't appreciate, yesterday, just how much effort Thalassitis put in to get that goal and it could just make all the difference in the run in. Excellent stuff.

Brilliantly well done Saints, a massive three points today. Enormous credit to the manager for transforming this team. We shall never know where we might have been now if it had been possible to land him around Christmas time. He wanted to join us then but we chose to go with Harry As for where we would be, I think we'd be 10 points better off so Tuesdays game would be a game with a play off place at stake I've heard different. I heard he was contacted and declared himself unavailable. Probably it was the seed that was sown then, because he contacted the club a couple of months later after deciding he didn't enjoy the DOF role at Borehamwood.

Certainly was excellent - a mazy run beating four defenders before putting it back across the keeper. While it's probably an exaggeration to say it's of the season, it's got to be one of the more important goals we've scored this year!

We will see just how important that goal was at end of season! At the moment every winning goal is goal of the season/most important. My controversial POS had a great game in goal again. sat next to Alan Dev watching National in bar after game. He seemed unaware that their offside goal was scored by one of ours!!!! 18/24 points just to stay 2nd bottom!!!! What a league. Every game a must win. Cant rely on any other games going to 'form'. Sadly cant makeb Hemel so txt/site updates essential!!1
