I see Jacob Gardiner-Smith has gone out to Hendon on dual registration forms. Whilst I appreciate that he can still play for us, that's still a form of a player going out on loan from the Club, which is currently thinner than the already thin squad, so have we got anyone coming in ? I appreciate it's easier said than done getting a player in and the right player as well, especially this time of the year, but IA has been going on about getting one or two in for some time now in his post match interviews, so l wondered how that was going ? Our squad needs bolstering up.

He has only made 2 appearances as a sub this season. If he hasn't played, how can he be match fit?
Seems like that sensible option to get game time elsewhere.
Questions that should be asked are why is a player a permanent sub, yet not playing? Are they good enough for this level? Has the manager got confidence in the player if he won't bring them on off the bench?

He should get game time which should be good for him and he needs that to be playing at any decent level.

I hope some of the players are coming back from injury then as we've only had 4 on the bench a few times !

What might help in terms of getting players back, will be if the weather that is forecast for tonight, knocks out our match v Weston-Super-Mare on Saturday. It won't help in terms of looking to secure another win which we all want to see after last Saturdays fine performance v Hampton of course!
