Staines don't normally film their games, so the football exclusives was a one off I think. Dave's videos more than suffice for now I'd say. Unless there is a willing volunteer to go up in the scaffold every week

Explained on the previous page I think....
But, as Webbo is away, Dave will try to upload the audio to Youtube until Webbo is back. However, Dave hasn't had the chance yet because he's busy.

I read the Herts Ad piece but I think there's something about hearing the tone of someone's voice. Win or lose, it's always good to hear what the manager made of a game. Especially as Jimmy is always so honest

Good interview. Glad to hear Dave Tavener back leading the questions.
That's what I meant about getting little bits of insight. He asked Jimmy if he had anyone watching Farnborough and Jimmy gave a good answer that reveals a lot about the challenges of part-time football.
Sometimes it is easy to forget (well it is for me) that these guys have jobs that take up a lot of their time.
The thing about scouting is that you have to know and trust the information that's being fed back so at this level it must be really difficult sometimes.

Not having Farnborough scouted may sound strange to some, but Jimmy sent Harry to watch Hayes before the season begun and we lost that one! Like you say Convert, the challenges of non-league are wide ranging! But, the management will have a thorough plan in place for Saturday, no doubt.

Where did them fans come from?
Be great if we could get our games filmed like this, I know Dave does a sterling job with his mini-cam though

The best keeper in the Southern League last season? Just by what was shown in the clip, Hemel were lucky Boreham Wood didn't hit them for 12. I haven't seen such a lackadaisical display and such inept defending in a very long time. It will be interesting to see how Boreham Wood fare at Staines tomorrow.

Sounds like it was filmed near a farmyard?

Wood look like a decent team. If they keep playing like that, they might actually get some people going to watch them.

I haven't seen such a lackadaisical display and such inept defending in a very long time. Neither had we... That said they created virtually nothing outside of our mistakes. Very good defensively though, they'll be very tough to beat.
