He did put in some good performances and scored a fantastic lob. I wish him all the best.

Well, as always say, yes it's sometimes sad when a Player leaves, depending on how good and well liked he was, but the main thing thereafter, is we get adequate replacements in

with a name like that its sounds like we have signed two players! David would be a useful addition - he's much stronger than the lanky teen that we saw a few seasons back. He had a good season at Biggleswade and did well when representing Beds FA against the England rep team at Kenilworth Road - although a crunching tackle from him did result in Moyo limping off... www.stalbanscityfc.com/player/david-longe-king/

Well, any ex player who has improved all round, and is available and is deemed to be what we need now, we have to embrace that and see where we go with that player

Very sad news. I thought he was excellent. Hope he’s not if he plays against us next season.

Well, again, same as Lewis Knight, a player looking for a change of direction and arguably a better deal than what we could've given him. They're full time aren't they ? Let's hope we don't lose too many more of our good players, especially Ben Wyatt

Hoping the new Sol is good - and that we don't lose the old one! Clark seemed a steady, reliable player.... so happy with his re-signing.

Well, it is always going to be a case of who wants to stay, who we can keep, what new players we can attract and what our budget will allow for, and on top of all that you've got players agents to deal with as well. Our management will get in the squad that they can, based on all the above, and it'll be what it'll be at the end of the day. COYS!

Need to make some quality signings soon. Most of teams have already made some big moves and we havnt even retained our best players from last season.

It's almost as quiet as the entrance fee for next season announcement. I find it shocking that they are keeping everyone in the dark on this.
Back to the player front, Jordan Parkes from Hemel is still available. Surely the club can afford him with the apparent price increases??

Looks like we're stuck with the usual taking punts on players from lower leagues and players with nowhere else to go.

Well it is what it is with us, as l said before, we are only going to get the best players we can in our position. I know budgets have been widely discussed on this forum and money doesn't always garuntee the best results, but l feel that it goes a hell of a long way to achieving the best. I'm as ambitious as anybody and want to see us do as well as possible, of course l do, but realistically, as things stand with the Club, our structure etc, l think it's always going to be hard to break into that play-Off and promotion area, never impossible, just hard.
You're also always going to get strong sides from the NL and strong sides coming up to our level each season, some of those with money to burn. I know there are going to be a few ppl who don't agree with that, its really just how l see it. But NLS is still a very good level to play at, what I say is enjoy the moment, cheer the Saints on whoever is wearing the yellow and blue next season, as we all do anyway, and always nothing wrong with hoping for the best, COYS !!
