James Kaloczi misses out with a knock today and is replaced by Diedhiou, who comes into the heart of the defence alongside the returning Longe-King. Nwabuokei also comes back into the side along with Rohdell Gordon.

4' City have settled on a formation that has Diedhiou sitting in central midfield. Bender is deputising as a centre-half alongside Longe-King and Lewis Gordon is playing at left back. 0-0.

Wow, what a result for us I wasn't there today but was there last season when we also won 3 nil. We just seem to play better away than we do at home, but whatever, we have to take any confidence this result will have hopefully instilled in us, forward, into the last part of the season, COYS !

A real statement of intent today and a great boost to our survival hopes. Although Bath were recently hammered by a rampant Wealdstone side, their draw and performance last week at Dorking suggested that they had fully recovered from the shellshock induced by that freak result. Tuesday's game against an in-form Royston side should be a really competitive affair despite the absence of pressure for league points.

Great result yesterday. While the finishing for all three goals was top notch, that victory came about because of the defensive and midfield performances.
The re-introduction of Diedhiou to a defensive midfield position and the decision to play Bender at centre half in place of the injured Kaloczi paid dividends. Both were outstanding and they definitely helped marshal those around them.

It's just hard to get my head around the fact that we drew at Slough, beat Maidstone at home, and now beat Bath away, 3 really good results, and gave Wealdstone 2 really competitive games only just losing by the odd goal each time, not bad considering where Wealdstone are in the league, then we go and lose at Tonbridge and draw at home with Hungerford, two really poor results just as examples. It is that inconsistency that has plagued us this season, and cost us amongst other things. It sounds like Allinson found a good shape for us at Bath, l wasn't there, but that's how it sounds to me, and a team that knew what it was doing, so each player knew and did their job. Well if this was a winning team with a winning shape, a good shape to it, a team that finally knows what it's doing, then surely we need to be stepping out with it next Sat at home to Oxford City ? Give a couple of the benched players a first 11 run out against Royston on Tues, but wheel out, fitness permitting, the same team for Oxford as played Bath

Both were outstanding and they definitely helped marshal those around them. Previously when Allinson played Bender at centre half, vast majority of fans critised the decision saying Bender wasn't centre back. One swallow doesn't make a summer.

Whichever way you look at it, this was a superb result. It was also good to see us taking the opportunity to shoot on sight, rather than trying to walk it in and eventually losing it. We must continue this against Oxford City.
COYS!

Didn’t go this year after being refused to go through disabled entrance and sent across a very bumpy car park and up a 45 degree slope at the opposite end last year (despite being in a wheelchair and showing the attendants my blue badge!)

Four shots on target, four goals, one disallowed for offside. Hopefully we can keep that conversion rate up in a few more games before the end of the season!
