Berkhamsted FC - Ground problems

Thought this might be of interest.

Berkhamsted FC could be forced to leave their ground at Broadwater, as the ground owners want to build houses on it !!
The overall scheme looks similar to what was proposed at Chiswell Green, with a football ground thrown in to help a large housing development get through planning !! 
The club don't wish to be any part of this development.
