I'm sure it won't be long before we find that out. It'll also be interesting to know what the playing budget is for next season that Nobby gets? Well, we'll never know exactly what that is but we might get an indication of it from the level of any new players we bring in and what we have in the squad. To go just that extra mile next season, than last season, to get promoted, we must invest a bit more l feel. One or two of the loan players we brought in were decent, we must look again at decent loan signings. But giving Jeffers much more game time in my book, is critical. He was our top scorer for heavens sake, he has to be in our starting 11 ! Never mind all this silly "the data suggests" nonsense!

Are the club aware the season isn't starting soon?

What are your thoughts on this 2 tier ST ticket? I think it is a bit over the top.
I would like a season ticket with priority to all extra games. I don't want to play golf or get early kit access.
Also, is there an early (June) discount to the 'basic' ST? Or are they trying to encourage people to pay £50 more for the full package?

In terms of cup games we not going to sell thousands of season ticket so I pretty sure any season ticket holder will still get into cup games, the difference may be super ticket holder may be able to get additional tickets. I don't really understand how some of the benefits are meant to work. Queue jumping? Will there be a dedicated turnstile for tier 2 season ticket holders or would they be expected to just push in? Is the drinks services a at seat affair? Also the queue jumping seems to almost be making a virtue of a problem. If we getting larger crowds we should be working on solutions to facilitate the speedy entry of all ticket holders not saying pay an extra £50 to avoid the issue For me the free entry into pre season might make it worth it but currently we only have one home pre-season scheduled so I cannot tell the value of that offer, some other clubs (Borehamwood) have published their full pre-season programs. There are other clubs who do similar- West Ham have a 1966 season ticket. One thing that seems almost always always be included, that would interest me, is a free programme I think it's good that St Albans have finally got a women's team. Should have happened years ago. The thing I have about women's football though is you got to be realistic about the strength in depth. The technical standard in the women super league is good and I enjoy watching this competition. The all women football is **** argument is just misogynistic rubbish. But equally political correctness should not prevent you from highlighting genuine weaknesses in the women's game. While the elite game is good there no strength in depth and if you go down a couple of tiers the technical standard is no better than the Herts Ad Sunday league. I really think it should just be free for anyone who fancies coming down to watch- its a not a standard you should be charging a entrance fee for.

Well, l suppose some people will go for the ST with all those "extras" thrown in. Me? I'll just be going with the standard ST, I'm not bothered about all those "extras" you get with the "super" ST

Totally agree fella, there should be no charge to watch our ladies team play. Hope they have a great season, but it should be free entry. Also our pitch was poor last season, I hope the quality of the pitch doesn't suffer due to additional games.

I think every other team in that league charges entry.
It’s fairly normal to charge a small fee for anything above Sunday League these days.

I wonder if there's anyone who has already brought season tickets only to see us losing some star performers from last season and feeling disillusioned about it, that were perhaps expecting us to go into next season all guns blazing with a strengthened squad on top of last seasons already decent squad ?? Well, perhaps we've just paid the price for a decent couple of previous seasons, with players leaving cos they have, arguably quite rightly so, expecting more after these couple of decent seasons

No news about number of season tickets sold. I would have expected some sort of announcement to encourage others to buy.

I did notice that the news of the departure of the club’s two most exciting players including the Player of the Year was announced a couple of days after the deadline for renewing season tickets.

The deadline only affects the Season Ticket Plus, from what I can see and none of the other Season Tickets.

Thanks for clarifying Boomer. I was being bombarded with reminders and assumed that it related to my season ticket but now realise that it didn’t.
