I have my criticisms of Nobles tactics today like not starting and Ken. Also taking off phil. If we did sack him who would you get into replace him would be interesting to hear some peoples thoughts.

The obvious choice of a replacement manager was Ross Jenkins but we’ve missed the boat there with him going to Oxford. Something has to change, Allinson was sacked after a start to the season that was comfortably better than what we’ve produced this season. There’s nothing in the past 18 months of Nobles managerial career that suggests he’s got the ability to turn this around. Let’s be honest we had a pretty poor start to last season as well, an upturn in results in the run up to Christmas, which ironically came when Jeffers scored some goals after usually being left out for the hapless Akanbi. Followed by an utterly horrific spell at Wealdstone, which has just continued with us.

This sure is a poor result, we simply have to improve, but "banana skins" are what the cup have always been about and sadly, we have become victims of that

My opinion of "if Noble was sacked, who would we bring in as a replacement" is .. well l just don't know.
Who is out there who would fancy the job, it's been cheap and easy fits for our managers job over the last couple of years, appointing from within.
No managers who would've wanted to bring in their own backroom staff or assistants have been considered, arguably correctly cos of the cost, but perhaps this really is, for once and for all, is really what we need, what we have to push the boat out for, to have an experienced proper management team in charge. But .... just who is available out there ?

I'm sorry but going to sound like an old repeat record but letting Weiss leave was a MASSIVE mistake. I was there at Corinthian Casuals when he changed the game with 10 mins to go and gave us the best FA Cup run since Cockram and Duffield were together. Mrs Stalbanandy was well up for another trip to Grimsby!! If the money has been invested and supporters on here think the squad is better then I am afraid something is desperately wrong!! I am cheap, Ill do it but Ill take no prisoners!!

Mitch and Ryan leaving were two bad blows to our sQuad, but l get it that if a player wants to go and a Club can't keep them, there's little you can do, money talks.
So as of today, just exactly what is the injury situation, if we're to believe that when we have a fully fit sQuad to choose from, we'll start picking up points ?
Last time l looked at our starting 11 and subs, it looked well stretched for experience, l can't remember what game it was, but it was one of our recent away games
