If Chesham lost to Totten and us they could still bottle it with Barwell (A), Frome (H) and leamington (A) still to come.
Otherwise with Cambridge's run in i see the top 5 staying the same.

And with Cambridge winning too, it's fair to say that this could not be going much worse for us!

I think with Chesham and Cambridge both winning that's it over for us this season

Just back from Chesham and these results are a disaster for us.Even if we win all the remaining games I doubt it will be enough. Very impressed with Inih Effiong today,a completely different player from the one who played against us for Hitchin. He terrorised the Totton back four throughout the ninety minutes, and this was a defence who had looked rock solid against us only a month ago. Will be very interesting to see how Moussa Diarra (if selected) copes with him, as unlike most on here I personally have not been totally convinced with his defensive work on the two occasions I have seen him. Anyway let's beat Weymouth and hopefully we'll have a big turnout for the Bank Holiday fixture.

I agree about Effiong. He gave Totton a lot of trouble today and will need shackling on Easter Monday. Wales, Talbot and Potton all played well for Chesham but Totton, for the first hour of the game, were absolutely woeful and played more a team in the lower half of the table going through the motions. On the other hand, after Totton reduced it to 2-1 on the hour, Chesham, especially their defence, looked decidedly uneasy and wobbly. Totton, in fact, could and should have scored a second, within a couple of minutes of scoring their first. Make no mistake, if we take our 'A' game to Chesham on Easter Monday, we can get a result.

I agree unfortunately Hatboy. I thought with 9 games to go that 6 wins 2 draws and only 1 defeat would see us into the play offs but I dont think that will be enough now when the rot set in at Evesham away. They were absolute c**p but we still needed a late goal to scrape a point. I cant help thinking the 4 points we dropped against Bedford will haunt us. I always look forward to Chesham away games so I really hope we win on Sat. If Effiong is on fire and Steve Wales (being best non Saints player I have seen this season) are a handful we will struggle but I will keep believing until it is mathematically impossible.
