Voted as well although the sheer numbers of FCUM supporters will probably mean Platt will get it (hopefully none of their fans will see it)

I've voted too.
Well done Gaz. Let's get as many people voting for Sean Shields as possible.
Maybe they could get this on the official website? I'll put it on Twitter too and hopefully people will retweet.

I see that quite a lot of people, such as David Howell, Ian Ridley and the St. Albans City Twitter account, have already put it up on Twitter. Great stuff! Would be fantastic to see Sean Shields win!

You have until midday tomorrow to convince friends and family to vote for Sean Shields. I wonder when the winner will be announced? Would be awesome if Sean Shields won. Great publicity for the club as well as being well deserved for Sean.

Sean Shields came in second place: www.thefa.com/TheFACup/News/2012/Oct/budweiser-player-of-the-round-nicky-platt.aspxNicky Platt of FC United of Manchester was the winner. Despite not winning, I'm sure we're all proud as supporters of the Saints that Sean was in the running in the first place and was the runner-up in the final vote! It was always going to be hard to overcome a FCUM player in the public vote. Well done Sean and let's have more of the same on Saturday please!
