They have a very impressive away record but for a team up there challenging a very poor home record of 2 wins, 0 draws and 3 defeats including the last 2 against Redditch and Totton.
Saturdays best available odds:
Bedford (7/4) v (13/5) Hemel Hempstead (13/10) Bedworth (4/5) v (13/5) Banbury (14/5) Bideford (14/5) v (11/4) Stourbridge (4/5) Frome Town (5/4) v (13/5) Redditch (17/10) St Neots Town (11/10) v (13/5) St Albans (19/10) Weymouth (11/10) v (13/5) Hitchin (2)

I notice from more than one map/direction sites that it appears that the post code, PE19 6SN, will not take you to the St Neots Town ground. Perhaps better to take advise from the road directions on the Southern League site's club directory.

I said we needed 5 or 6 points out of the three away games thought we should be good there for a point with their poor home record means we really need to win both of the games against Totton and Redditch now.

I've just read in the NLP that the St Neots manager Iain Parr said of us 'The best side we have played this season' and of his team 'It was probably our best performance of the season'
The report also says that we shaded the first half and that their keeper made a couple of saves early in the second half to keep it level before they took control with the two goals with Jupp making an excellant save between goals and that their keeper made an excellant save from Henry to keep it at 3-2.
So not too despondent

I agree Hatboy, my Sat night mood is determined by the Saints performance and result but funnily enough I was not too despondent at the end of the game. It was an excellent advert for Southern League Premier footie and after reading their managers comments we are not too far away from being a bloody good side. Well done to Saints fans aswell who overtook town centre pub and I couldnt even hear my St Neots Town fan mate talk while watching the Spurs v Chelsea game. Great day all round apart from the result!

PS, I was right behind Henry's strike in the last minute of injury time and thought it was in before keeper made a great save, fine lines!!

Tav's pointed out it is only 1 win in 6 albeit 3 of them cup games but the league form is Won 4 Drawn 1 Lost 1 win the next couple on the road (both of which are winable) and we'd come back to Clarence park for two games with things looking a lot rosier.

The Sean Shields goal might just be a goal of the season contender! If you click here it'll take you to the exact time of Sean's goal around 2:35.
