What a game! We should have got at least 6 goals- but 2 will be enough! We were all over them first half and not too shabby second half. But the ball just wouldn't go in the net. Their goalie was very good, and busy. Glad I went.

That was a huge win! Could've easily been more than 2 but luckily it was enough in the end. The atmosphere in the 2nd half was great, it felt like the crowd was bigger than it was.
As for the referee, possibly the worst I have ever seen at clarence park. Apparently he told his assistants that wanted no help with fouls.
Anyway, onwards and upwards.

That was a very important victory. Looking at the league table, we are still two wins (and a handful of favourable results elsewhere) away from getting out of the bottom three but defeat last night would have made an already difficult task almost impossible.
You never know, now.
Every game is vital. If we could get something at Hayes and Concord and have a fantastic Easter weekend we might be in with a shout. The Hemel game on Easter Monday is setting up very nicely!
