Another outstanding result taking the recent run to five wins in six and Ian Allinson's league record to 5 wins, 1 draw and 3 defeats. If we'd held onto that 2-0 lead against Concord at the end of Allinson's first game, we'd be out of the bottom three tonight.
The current six-game form table shows we're third behind Sutton and Maidstone and for the first time in a long while we're not in the bottom three of the Football Web Pages predicted final table...
None of that really means anything, though, but we have got a chance. On to Hemel... We haven't beaten them in the league since a 4-0 win at Vauxhall Road on Jan 2, 2012. A repeat of that would do nicely.

Level on points now with Bath City but they have a game in hand plus slightly better goal difference.
Havant, Hayes and Chelmsford all within 3 pts now. Even Basingstoke won today 2-0 at home to Oxford City.
Would rather have our current form than be falling down the table.
What a cracker of a goal from Louie today. Can't wait to see the highlights on the website later.

Louie's goal looks even better on the highlights that I've seen already. Superb hit.

Good result. Sam Corcoran made the difference in the second half. The substitution was a game changer. A great all round team performance again but Charlie MacDonald's contribution today was colossal. The man just never stops from the 1st to the 90th + minute. Make no mistake, Eastbourne were tough, very tough but as soon as Eddie Oshodi headed the 2nd, we began to take control and once Theo rifled the 3rd into the top right hand corner, it was pretty much all over. Yet another contender from Theo for the GOS. Great support from the York Road terrace, today, as well. Hemel on Monday. More of the same, please. COYS!

Looking forward to hearing Allinson's post-match interview. The man just inspires confidence. There's nothing flash or fancy about it, just an insistence that the players give everything and a determination to attack and try to win games simply because nothing else will do. You can see how he got Boreham Wood promoted.

This is the first time all season we had more points than games played. I thought we were as good as down a few weeks ago, so I am not even going to pretend to know if we will stay up or not - I just pleased we putting up a fight. What I was impressed is self-belief the players showed after going a goal down. If we do stay it will represent a exceptional achievement by Ian Allinson given the situation he took over. Even if we do go down he deserves immense credit for getting us anywhere close given how we looked when he took over.

Will someone tell Ian Allinson that Louie's name is not Theo-poon-is ;D Getting names wrong never did Sir Bobby Robson any harm so who cares Theo's goal was superb and I agree with Boomer about Charlie he is so tenacious just like a Jack Russell never gives up and never knows when he is beaten, helps us defend well from the front too I was surprised to see Thomas start I'm guessing Corcoran wasn't 100% match fit The highlights just reminded me how much more dangerous we look from set plays too

Corcoran was fit. Allinson didn't want to change a line up that had proved itself in last 2 games
