From today's Fans' Forum page in the NLP -
CALL HIM SAINT IAN!
When it comes to managers who have made an immediate impact, there are a few who spring to mind. Tommy Brookbanks, for what he has done at Coalville Town and Kevin Nicholson at Torquay United are two, joining several others who have turned their respective clubs around. But one man who stands out a mile to me is Ian Allinson, St. Albans were dead and buried at the bottom of the National League South when he took over, but a run of just one defeat in ten matches has steered the club to unlikely survival.
Well done, Ian!

And so say all of us. Ian should also have received the National League South award for Manager of the Month for April. A travesty but what's new?
