I wonder if the two Trusts have had any luck in their discussions with the owners / chairman etc about next season's ticket prices. I'm a bit nervous, to be honest, but I guess time will tell.

I read somewhere on here (I think? Not entirely sure!) that there were hopes of ticket prices being reduced next season, so hopefully progress is made.
U16's free really helped on the final day, and more of the same in some capacity would surely help raise the clubs profile.

Having said that, just saw a post on the Conference South forum saying our prices have not changed.

There is no way the owners are willing to budge from the £15 admission, we can moan as we want but it won't be reduced.
The under 16's for free promotion worked really well and there are other promotions in the pipeline too.

I don't think there is clear evidence that £15 effects attendances and I think we have reached a point were most supporters at least grudgingly accept the admission price . However, I think is important that county cup games and FA Cup/Trophy games against lower league opposition are priced fairly. I think owners created a fair amount of unnecessary ill-will for very little financial gain, as attendances were low anyway, by charging £15 to watch us play in some very minor cup games last season.

Average league attendance 2012/13: 376 Average league attendance 2013/14: 515 Average league attendance 2014/15: 570 Average league attendance 2015/16: 575 I hope nobody is stupid enough to think that I support the £15 charge, or that attendance figures correlate with gate receipts. However, if anyone did want to justify that £15 is a sustainable ticket price, the rise in average attendance over the past four seasons could be used to show it.

I wonder if a ticket price of £14 would've brought an extra 32 or more fans through the turnstiles (on average)
That 575 was boosted by our relegation miracle I presume
