Are gate-receipts divvied-up between the home and away teams and the FA in the FA Cup? Presumably any loss of revenue is offset by payments from the prize fund. They are yeah, I think it’s a 50-50 split. Yes, at this stage of the competition, it is a straight 50% split of the nett receipts, therefore both clubs' expenses, officials' and VAT etc are deducted prior to the split. If any replay occurs, the split is 47.5% to each club and 5% to the F. A. after the relevant deductions.

This season the cups should be a high priority as it seems any thing in the league is already done for. Not impossible for a second season comeback-but definetly not likely. It would be nice to have a big Fa cup tie (away) and maybe get a few quid, then LL may be happy to bring the prices down....

You will not see me,because I will not be there. Which part of boycott do you not understand ? I guess £18 will be worth it if you win.

They'll probably do a Wealdstone and bump the crowd up drinking elsewhere and not spending in the ground as it will be their big day out

You really aren't a big day out for us..

We will look rather stupid if the Sussex pub team beats the herts pub team! And there is a good chance we could lose! We aren't exactly a good side!

Correct me if I am wrong but I thought that you needed the away clubs permission to set prices above a certain level for FA cup games, with the amount being determined by the round. Tickets for this game are already available for full price through the website which suggests instant agreement from Worthing. This is unfortunate as a effective point could have been by maximising attendance at a reasonably priced match. As a season ticket holder this will be my first opportunity to make a statement. I think go to Colney Heath for the afternoon.

I think it's just a shame that this Season, talking about the FA Cup and getting a good run in it, is affected by the ongoing bad feelings around the place because of the increased ticket prices this Season, but there you go, it was bound to happen, more so because the Club will get x amount of money for going through a round and money being the contentious issue. Shame though, but expected, and l fully understand why people will boycott this game too. Personally, l'll still be going to any home FA Cup ties whilst we are still in it, not because l agree with £16.50 or £18.00 because l certainly and absolutely do not agree with that, but purely and simply because l just could not, not watch the team l love.

Would you have bought a season ticket if the price was £500? It's not a case of how much individuals love the club, you see

(c) (i) Qualifying Competition Immediately after the draw is known, the two Clubs concerned must mutually agree the prices of admission subject to the following conditions. Except where mutually agreed otherwise the minimum admission (except to children and senior citizens) to matches shall be: In the Extra-Preliminary, Preliminary and First Round Qualifying: £3.00 In the Second and Third Rounds Qualifying: £5.00 In the Fourth Round Qualifying: £6.00 A higher admission charge may be mutually agreed between the Clubs concerned. The away Club’s spectators can only be charged more than the home Club’s spectators if agreed by both Clubs. The price of admission for children and senior citizens must be mutually agreed between the Clubs concerned.
This means the Members admission price has to be the same as the general admission price, otherwise away supporters are being charged more (unless Worthing agreed that their supporters should pay extra).
