I'm not there, but why is Weiss on the bench ? A fitness issue ? I'm not going to ask why Jeffers is on the bench as I'm fed up with asking that as I'm sure everybody is, it seems to be the norm for Jeffers to be on the Bench, but completely wrong, reasons yet to be disclosed by management for that

Great win Saints, just been tracking it on Flashscore! Trouble is, Jeffers scoring won't make any difference, unless there are an injuries, he'll be back on the bench on Saturday

Me and everyone I know is absolutely bloody sick of this WOKE society. If Will doesn't ask David Noble after that game why he is keeping Jeffers on the bench until it all goes wrong then we all know what is happening. No one likes to ask the proper hard questions anymore!! and I sympathise with Will.

Well, not totally true, part of it is that you must upset others feelings or cause them to feel awkward or hurt or shamed. Of course it is complete double standards as you can cancel and upset someone with 'unacceptable' views to yourself.
Anyway, good win, onwards

An afternoon that went from the ridiculous to the sublime. The ridiculous being David Nobles utterly ludicrous team selection & the shambolic 20 minute opening period that saw us 2-0 down. The sublime being an incredible comeback that saw Sam Brown win it deep into stoppage time.
The feeling around the ground before hand was disbelief as to the team selection & I can only imagine what sort of a boost that must have given the Hemel dressing room. I felt that Noble would drop Shaun at the first possible excuse and today sadly came as no surprise to me.
Akanbi was utterly abject and was hooked off at half time (45 minutes too late), Bowery after months without a game was incredible slow to get going including a lunging tackle which led to the Hemel 2nd goal. He did grow into the game and put in an excellent cross for Jeffers to equalise (whoever would have expected him to score). The crowd seemed fairly vocal in the first half towards Noble & quite rightly I felt. The comeback will no doubt mask this to an extent.
Another bumper gate which lead to a somewhat half hearted attempted to then segregate once it was obvious moving wasn’t really an option. The Hemel ground isn’t really set up for such large gates and supporters moving so I imagine moving forwards games will likely be segregated.
A final word for Zane Banton who I thought was absolutely outstanding and showed everything we’ve been missing since the first 10 minutes of the season. What an attack it could be again withZane, Mitch & Shaun if the manager ever comes to his sense….

If you and everyone you know disagree, please keep away from this club

Noble is the Poundshop version of Pep.
Is obsessed with tippy tappy football and leaving our best player on the bench.
Must give the opposition a huge boost when they see Akanbi starting ahead of Jeffers.
Like lots of fans, I am hopeful we stay up and appoint a new manager in the summer.

I’ve really tried to stay out of the whole Jeffers debate, but the decision to start with Akanbi today was utterly inexplicable. I’m not saying that’s why we were so bad in the first 30 minutes or so but on the rare occasions we got the ball forward Akanbi’s touch was so poor we quickly lost possession again.
In contrast the last hour or so was a marked improvement and we ended up deserved winners. The team worked hard to claw their way back into the game and Banton in particular was excellent.
Unfortunately morons behind the goal brought flares again. I hope the Club will condemn it this time and not just post a tweet saying something like “unreal support, Saints fans!”. Perhaps if we get a fine this time it might make the Club act.

That's happened before at these games, I've seen it before at Hemel v Saints games. I didn't see it today cos l wasn't there, but, yeah, the people that bring flares into the ground need to be identified and banned for a season or two, that would teach them
