Current form over 10 games:- www.footballwebpages.co.uk/national-league-south/form-guide/tenWe often do no better against the poorer sides than the good ones though. Taunton Town have a transfer/signing embargo and have lost some players recently. Perhaps their finances will improve a bit now they are hosting all of Truro City's home games.

It sounds like a good time to play them.
Let’s hope we can get the game on. Our back lawn is actually flooded today, which hasn’t happened before in the 24 years we’ve lived here. With more rain forecast for today it’s not looking too good, although I would imagine that Clarence Park gets more TLC than I give to our lawns!

Well, whilst l obviously hope we beat Taunton tomorrow, l sympathise with their fans regarding their current plight, as a non-league fan in general, l don't like to hear about negative news about non-league Clubs. Hopefully their ground sharing with Truro will help them financially

You can always read something into a Manager's thinking about how he views/reads the game by post match interviews or Premier League pre match press conferences. Jon Meakes is obviously a very intelligent guy who picks the right team. Nobby was a great player for us but his manager interviews after a game bored me to tears. The Wealdstone fans will be on his case big time if he starts losing games!

This is typical, isn't it, a home game I've missed due to illness and we've won 6-0 !! Lol, well, it's not about me, it's about the boys doing it on the pitch, and we've gone again, and got 3 points yet again. Onwards and upwards l say, COYS !

Let’s be honest, Taunton are a poor side having a particularly hard time at the moment and I wish them well. However, that shouldn’t take away from the fact that we played well, particularly in the first half. We seem to be playing with more freedom at the moment and long may that continue.

Meakes speaks so well. Really sounds like he has the details nailed down. We also have a 35 goal striker at the minute who may well fancy another couple of years here. Turning into quite a promising season after some fairly average periods

He has got rid of the tippy tappy football, and has us playing fantastic.

Lol good point, a hatrick is irrelevant unless you also have the data to show you run around like a headless chicken. Mo Farrah has been spotted outside the Wealdstone stadium 😂

The other thing about Jon, is, judging by the way he speaks, the way he comes across, in his post match interviews, he sounds like he is a good man manager, a good motivator. Perhaps that's where he more better at, than Noble. But l guess the proof of the pudding will be how he deals with a defeat, and how the players respond under him, to a defeat. At the moment our confidence is sky high, its any dents along the way that you get and how you deal with them and how you respond to them. I'm not nieve enough to think that we'll not lose another game this season, there is still a fair way to go
