Is it me or are we just seeing the same old Saints. New Coach, New Players, New Board, New League, all be it , in a lower league, but still the Same old Saints. What is the point of entering competitions like the Herts Senior Trophy if they are not going to take it serious. I honestly thought this was going to be our year in the League, but nothing has moved on since Steve Castle was in charge when it comes to playing the game. We are now getting beaten by Spartan League clubs on a regular basis, even with 4 or 5 first teamers, maybe thats where we belong.

i think we have to join the Herts county cups (I maybe wrong) I suppose we choose how seriously we take them although anyone that was there in our 2 recent HSC finals in recent years will have enjoyed the ride

We used to treat the Herts Senior and Herts Charity Cup in the same way as Manchester United and perhaps Chelsea treat the Carling Cup by fielding an almost second string team as they do. All the same with even five or six first team regulars we should have beaten Broxbourne. i would have thought

You could argue that with 11 first team players we should have beaten East Thurrock when two goals up and beaten whomever it was we played in the Trophy!
