Raffle is just the ticket (click on the blue text to be redirected to the Saints City Trust website). St Albans City and Saints City Trust have agreed that the takings from the ground raffle at the club's last home game of the season against Woking at Clarence Park on Saturday, 17th April will be donated to the playing staff's own, end-of-season outing. Supporters can show their appreciation for the players' efforts this season by buying tickets or by donating a raffle prize. Presentation of the supporters' end of season awards will take place in the clubhouse after the Woking game and will be followed by a karaoke evening, at which hot food will also be available.

A great idea from the Trust and a really nice touch, I think.
I'll be buying some tickets in order to show my appreciation of the players' efforts. I hope you will all buy some too!

Ahhhh, yes I saw this on Facebook as I am a fan of the trust on there. I think it is a brilliant idea and I hope it gets more fans to buy some raffle tickets as we know the team have tried their best along with Castle and his management team, they deserve something like this!

Oops. I posted a similar thread in the Saints chat bit. I'll go delete that now. Sorry.

I expect the chairman will match the amount raised by the raffle and double the contribution going towards the players end of season bash No images allowed -http://bbq.isgoodfor.us/wp-content/FlyingPigs.jpg
