The club website describes this as a "result to forget". No, this is a result to remember. We conceded 77 goals in the league, one of the worst records in the league. We are going nowhere with this kind of defensive performance. I think we need a lot more than 2 or 3 additions to produce a side capable of challenging for anything next season. Some decent and well-funded clubs are coming up, St.Neots, probably Poole Town/Slough Town and perhaps Maidenhead will transfer, or Bury Town/Lowestoft whichever fails to get through the play-offs ? It will be a tougher league than this year, where, in general the technical standard is poor but the physical commitment high. We need to be much stronger physically, and much fitter and we need a team full of tough nuts with real character, not just one or two.

Some decent and well-funded clubs are coming up, St.Neots, probably Poole Town/Slough Town and perhaps Maidenhead will transfer, or Bury Town/Lowestoft whichever fails to get through the play-offs I'd forgotten about a team transferring, we'll get Maidenhead, who I don't think will be much competition, plus St Neots (who seem to have some cash), Bideford and the 2 play off winners plus A.N Other We've had teams tranfer between the Northern Prem and Southern Prem more often than the Ryman, suppose it'll depend on some of the other leagues There is a possibillty that someone like Kettering could be dumped in here as well
