Saints City Trust - Notice of Annual General Meeting 2012
All members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Saints City Trust. This will be held at The Saints Bar, Clarence Park, St. Albans on Thursday 15th November 2012 at 7.30pm.
The main purpose of this meeting will be to:
• Consider the activities of the Trust over the previous period.
• To receive the Trust’s Accounts for the financial year ended 31st May 2012.
• To ratify the appointment of 4 Trustees to the Trust Board.
• To consider a resolution to confirm the Trust’s objective to obtain a shareholding in the Football Club.
• To ask questions to the Board and comment on the running of the Trust.
A full agenda for the meeting can be downloaded by clicking here (see Trust website). Further information on the main agenda items will be available on the Trust’s website in due course and will be distributed at the meeting.
If you are unable to attend the meeting and wish to vote on the resolution relating to the Trust obtaining a shareholding in the Football Club you may appoint another member of the Trust as a proxy to vote on your behalf. A form is available to allow you to do this. The resolution is also available. You can click here to download both the resolution and the form (see Trust website).
Please note that only members who have paid their 2012/2013 subscription will be eligible to vote. Paid-up members in 2010/2011 who have not paid their subscriptions for 2011/2012 or 2012/2013 at the date of the AGM, will no longer be deemed members of the Trust and their share certificate for the Trust will be cancelled. A joining form for 2012/2013 can be downloaded by clicking here (see Trust website) and applications will be welcomed.
