Glad you enjoyed it Boomer - it does demonstrate (especially to some individuals in senior council positions) that the football club does have wider benefits for the community. These are kids that have become engaged with their local club and some of those kids had no interest in sport until visiting Clarence Park and, in particular, getting up close to the action, being able to talk players, managers, owners etc. Something they would be very unlikely be able to do higher up in the football leagues.

It is, indeed, a great review of the day; much better than the video for her Bucky Done Gun single. It is the same M.I.A. isn't it? From the sidelines, I hadn't realised how sharp Joe Welch's cheekbones were until I saw Mia's interview with him - like The Thin White Duke's from his Berlin days! It just goes to show what St Albans City can provide to the community: anyone can grab a camera and get right in to ask questions of the fans, the players, even the chairman if they want to. Mia did want to ask them questions so she got right in there and asked them. Excellent.

Yep it was Mia who came up with all the questions - apart from she asked my suggestion on the question to ask Lawrence....
