I see Luton dropped points again today:
Luton Town 1 - 1 Hayes & Yeading Utd
At the weekend, they were beaten 3-1 away at Tamworth.
And last week, they had another disappointment at home to the Blue Square South Champions, Newport County. It was a 1-1 draw on the Tuesday night and I heard that the visitors gave a very good account of themselves.
It doesn't sound as if Poku and O'Donnell are getting near the first team either.
The former Conference South teams are doing all right. Newport County notched up their first win on Saturday and got a draw away at Wimbledon this afternoon. They look like they should have enough about them to survive. Bath, on the other hand, look as if they're going to struggle. They lost 2-0 at Wrexham today.
Who do you guys think we will this league?

Well over 3000 at the Newport Stadium today in the Welsh derby. It's the first time these teams have met in a competive league match for over 22 years.

So I see Leon Simpson is back on trial with Luton Town. He apparently scored in a reserve match this evening against Southend United.

After their poor start to the season Altrincham have announced that Manager Graham Westcote has left the club after 8 years in charge. Also they have re-signed 37 year old Striker Colin Little. I remember Little scoring a hatrick against us in our conference season. I also remember that pie, chips and gravy was only £2.00 at Moss Lane.
