SAINTS CITY TRUST
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023
All members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Saints City Trust. This will be held at The Saints Bar, Clarence Park, St. Albans on Wednesday 11th October 2023 at 7.30pm.
The main purpose of this meeting will be to:
• Consider the activities of the Trust over the previous period.
• To receive the Trust’s Accounts for the financial year ended 31st May 2023.
• To ratify the appointment of 4 members to the Trust Board.
• To ask questions to the Board and comment on the running of the Trust.
A full agenda for the meeting and further information on the main agenda items will be available on the Trust’s website shortly and emailed to Members who have provided an email address and posted to those who have not.
In addition, we will have Paul Fairclough, the current England C team manager, in attendance, to tell us about his life in football. He is also a former manager of Stevenage and Barnet and played for a number of clubs including the mighty Saints.
Please note that only members of the Trust, who are recorded as members on the member’s register by the date of the meeting, will be eligible to vote. An application form for new members is available on the website or from the Trust’s hub at Clarence Park on match days.
