I imagine, Gillingham vs Farnborough or Dover (Especially if it's Dover)
Also Brighton & Hove Albion vs Woking, as Brighton are the highest ranked side in the compeition so far and Woking's previous history of causing Cup upsets!

Generally they tend to televise the non-league team at home against League opposition, so take your pick from these ties :-
Harrow Borough v Chesterfield Southport v Sheffield Wednesday Hayes & Yeading v Wycombe Wanderers Rushden & Diamonds v Yeovil Town Cambridge United v Huddersfield Town Darlington v Bristol Rovers Leiston or Dartford v Port Vale Forest Green Rovers v Northampton Town Fleetwood Town v Walsall
I would suggest Leiston or Dartford v Port Vale and Southport vs Sheffield Wednesday.
As for all league clashes, there are few which look interesting :-
Stevenage v MK Dons Dagenham & Redbridge v Leyton Orient Barnet v Charlton Athletic Plymouth Argyle v Swindon Town

13 December 2007: "The board is asking supporters to show their opposition to the league's decision by not going to the game against Curzon ... [we feel] that it is important that a message is sent to the league that the views of the match-going fan must take precedence and those fans should not be inconvenienced in favour of a potential internet audience" - the FC United board protest at a kick-off time change in favour of the UniBond League's broadcaster, NPLTV.
26 October 2010: "We would like to advise supporters that our FA Cup first round proper tie against Rochdale will take place on Friday 5 November, kick off 7.45pm ... Each club will be paid £67,500 for the game to be shown, a sum of money undoubtedly valuable to both clubs" - yep, you've guessed it. It's the FC United board again.

No Non-League interest on the TV then.
I guess none of the ties involving Non-League sides looked that appetising to the TV execs.

They could have waited for the outcome of the Luton v Charlton replay to be known. Spurs v Luton on tv would have been good.
