We have to win this one today if we are to build on last week's win at Hampton as we have 2 tough ones coming up next, Slough away on Tuesday and Bath at home next Saturday.

The official club preview doesn’t tell us anything that we don’t know already - Banton is available and Chinedu is suspended. What about the injuries, is Bowry back? Plenty of info in the build up about the matchday experience though. Maybe we’ve forgotten that this is a football club.

Partington is past it, noble needs to go now, or we are down by xmas. Half the side aren't good enough.

Absolute sh1te this afternoon. Can't believe I have paid £250 to watch this garbage. Most of the players aren't up to it. Who is going down the wing and putting in crosses?

The tannoy announcer is utterly annoying, going on about food and beer! How about some decent football?

Hopeless! The tannoy announcer is annoying too! Come on the 12th man lets hear some noise ! Hell with that - we need the other 11 men!
Has anyone told Noble that if you always do what you always did, you always get what you always got!
Really is time for major changes

Following from afar this season but sad to see how poor results have been, especially considering there have been two or three years of bumper home crowds.
It's already looking pretty precarious. Even three consecutive wins are unlikely to lift us out of the relegation zone. We need to go on a promotion-winning run of form over a couple of months to get out of it.
I first started going regularly during the last exile in the Southern League. Some of those seasons were a slog, especially when realistic hopes of promotion were extinguished by November, and it took an incredible effort to get promoted via the play-offs. It's by no means a given that it would be an easy bounce-back and while some of the beer n chicken fans might not be put off by the difference in football, opposition and status it would be a real shame to just throw away National League South status without at least trying something to change the fortunes before it's too late.

Is Noble the one bringing the fast food outlets in?
Or is he best mates with Enter Shikari?

Could not agree more with notsorecentconvert.
The club risks throwing away so much impressive off the field work if we were to be relegated. It would also put the club back to exactly where we were (ie Southern League) when our current ownership took over. Whatever criticisms people have of our owners, that would be a travesty.
Without any animosity at all personally to David Noble, the coaching team needs to be urgently removed for us to at least give us the best chance possible to stay up.

You see, one weeks win and then we lose the next game, as we've done today, and the joy of winning last week is all so Quickly forgotten. Are we ever going to pick up the wins and the consistency that we need ?

in my opinion defensively we are a solid side. Their goal today looked miles offside from where I was stood. Other than that Welling really had 1 other big chance. The issue for me is in attack where we just don’t create enough and aren’t clinical enough, Shaun is the shadow of the player from last season. The only criticism I have of the tactics today is bringing on Romeo who I believe is nowhere near NLS level. The big positive was Lench who constantly sliced Welling open and hopefully he starts tuesday…

Hopefully David Noble has packed his bags and left by Tuesday.
