www.saintscitytrust.co.uk/index.php/news/39-archive/211-your-club-needs-you-nowThe Saints are looking for volunteers to help on match days in a variety of roles, in return for watching games for free. In anticipation of larger crowds at Clarence Park this season, we need more turnstile operators, stewards and programme sellers. Many of these roles require the volunteer to help out for little more than an hour, which leaves them free to watch the match. They will also be able to do so free of charge and will also receive a certificate of appreciation from the club. We are hoping to establish a pool of volunteers so that people do not have to perform duties at every match, if they do not wish to do so. Anyone interested is asked to contact Steve Eames on 07805 769083 or secretary@sacfc.co.uk and/or Ian Rogers on 07714 145862 or ian0868@yahoo.co.uk. In addition, there will be a welcome night for potential volunteers with chairman Ian Ridley and Trust chairman Ian Rogers in the St. Albans City F.C. clubhouse on Monday July 11 at 7:30pm, at which the club would be pleased to see as many people as possible.
