Hi everyone!
I am thinking of opening a cafe-restaurant soon in St Albans. It will be mediterranean style, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am thinking of choosing Delice de France as my main bakery supplier, so I will be using most of their pastries including croissants as well as their bread and cakes.
What do you think about the quality and taste of their products? And do you think they are good enough to be used in a cafe/restaurant? I would really appreciate your thoughts as it will help me decide whether to go for them or not.

No the quality of delice de france is not that good. It is probably worth giving Ushers a try they are a local family run artisan bakery located in marshalswick and wheathampstead you can also order products off them that, they also do confectionary products that you are after. Give them a call.
