So what are everyones realistic expectations for the coming season?
45 points seems to be the survival amount posted on the official Evo Stick southern premier forum.
In my opinion i will wait till we get to the 'magical' 45 point mark and then see where we go from there. Obviously i'd love the Saints to bounce straight back up, but would a season of consolodation and (hopefully) a decent cup run suit everyone?

Personally, I'm predicting a slow start, given the fact that the manager needs to rebuild etc.
It's difficult to know what to expect. There are some good sides in the this league and I think it'll take time for a new side to gel and for the manager to get his vision sorted on the pitch.
Top half of the table would be decent. In and around the play-offs would be good. Anything more would be a big bonus and a fantastic season.
Obviously, we'd all like to see the Saints bounce back straight away but I think we're going to have to be patient during this time of transition at the club.
As cheesy as it might sound, I believe that the real victory this season will be having owners and a chairman who clearly care about the club, and who have some great ideas to push on, plus also a more positive atmosphere at Clarence Park.

Wise words D.
Before the takeover I was expecting a second relegation. I'd like to finish near the top though and I think this manager has the experience and the backing to do that. It may not start well but I think we're in for a good season.
My former optimism has returned!

TBH my expectations at the moment are not particularly high. Obviously a lot depends on which players we get and how long it takes for them to blend. Inih Effiong I think might be quite prolific at this level so that potentially would be quite a lift. As said before, it is good to have moved on from the past. Any success on the pitch now will be a big bonus.

Good football rather than than the crap Castle served up and to win more games than we lose for the first time since 2005 would suit me TBH

I agree good attacking football, i'd settle for just making the top half this season.
