From where I was sat: - the painted parts of the terraces have been repainted, I think, unless the place just seems brighter at the minute... - the goalmouths have been relaid with completely new turf, while the rest of the pitch has been 'fixed up' - the old, white goal nets have been replaced with yellow and blue striped ones - my personal favourite improvement - the board room etc has been cleaned up etc, made to look nicer, I think - toilets have been refurbished - the home and away dugouts have been switched back to the way they were before the start of last season Hope I've not missed too much out...

COYS, you are correct, everything has been repainted.
The terraces have been weeded.
The driveway behind the Hatfield Road end has been cleaned up, weeds cut down and the road thoroughly swept.
The toilets at the Hatfield Road end have been renovated and (I believe) what was the ladies has now been turned into a gents (or perhaps vica versa!).
This is not the end of the tidying up. There is an ongoing program of improvements.
LL is a little concerned that the food at the refreshment stand is slightly higher in price than that charged by the previous guy. Despite pressure being exerted by LL, prices cannot go any lower.
I (for one) have urged LL to stick with the current trader as reports about his quality have been favorable (see EFMTV's comment elsewhere). The club will be able to re-assure parents of young supporters-to-be that their darlings will not be eating rubbish at Clarence Park.

I don't think it's too pricey TBH, plenty of other grounds have substandard beef burgers for £4 I told the bloke he should advertise caviar on the menu as we're an affluent City
