The following text is taken from a 'thank you' card recently sent to the Saints City Trust from the Joliffe family.
Dear Ian Rogers and all of Adrian's football friends,
A very sincere thank you for your kindness and support during a very difficult time. Adrian loved St. Albans City FC and he was an avid supporter, even when they lost or he couldn't go to the match.
He loved the scarf you bought him. He struggled so hard in those months.
The ward were very pleased when I presented the cheque to them today. We wish you all well and hope that St. Albans City FC continue to improve and thrive with the help of their avid supporters.
