Download the application form attached to this post. Alternatively, you can pick up an application form at the Club Shop on match day. Any questions or queries should be directed to Barry Hilliard. You can contact him via the SCT website by clicking here.

Feel free to download the form and send to friends, family and colleagues. Why not e-mail it around the office and have a mini-competition with your friends at work? It's lots of fun and well worth entering so that you can check up on your chosen teams throughout the season!

The closing date is Saturday, September 24th.

Entries can be either handed in at the Club Shop on match days or posted to -

Let's really try to promote the competition this year guys. Send to all of your family, friends and colleagues! E-mail around the office etc. Pester and spam everyone you know and even some you don't! It's a great competition and lots of fun!

I'm told that there will be some updates during the course of the competition, which I will post up here on the forum, on the SCT website, and on the SCT Facebook and Twitter pages.

The first update will most likely be just after the close of the competition, a few weeks after the official closing date.

So you'll be able to check up on how your predictions are doing online for this season's competition.
