1 point from 12 games yeah probably grounds for a change of manager

Another five or six games? You must be crazy, nobody will want to take over by then! [br Well, say Saturday vs WSM then the Cup game, perhaps if you lose those games, that'll trigger a change

I just listened to Noble latest interview. In it he says he is not criticising individual players shortly after completely throwing Johnson under the bus. Of course Johnson made a mistake but if you listen to top managers after a goalkeeping mistake they will normally talk about the points they won the team in the past etc. He comes across terribly. Morose and defeated. I not sure if its wanting a pay off or a macho thing of not wanting to admit failure that prevents his from resigning. But if a job was doing that to me I would walk. No job worth sacrificing your mental health for. I think it in both the club and Noble best interests if he sacked if we fail to win Saturday. The club would almost be neglecting there duty of care as a employer if they kept him on.
I think we got to point were who replaces him is secondary, he just has to go.

A bit strong to suggest it’s impacting his mental health. Just because a job is stressful, doesn’t mean it’s impacting his mental health. If a poor run of results is ‘impacting his mental health’ then football management isn’t for him.

Ross Jenkins sacked by BWood! I can’t lie, should we get knocked out of the cup. That’s the final straw with Nobby for me…
What better way to go for someone with a great CV! Gives me the Rob Edward’s vibe being sacked by Watford then taking Luton up to the Prem.
Love to see Ross Jenkins come in and do BWood in there own back yard. Saying that I am still totally behind nobby, but ofc has to win against Needham first.

Difficult to see how we are going to win a game with this side.

Difficult to see how we are going to win a game with this side. It's a confidence thing too, isn't it, because of the poor run we're on, its as if every poor decision, either by one of our players or by the referee that goes against us, it's like the players are thinking "here we go again", and only a decent Manager or Head Coach, whatever you want to call them, someone good enough to do it, can raise the players spirits, is Noble that man ... hmmm l'm not so sure.

This is a poor side, it's not a case of decisions going against us, or even small margins, we aren't good enough.

This is a poor side, it's not a case of decisions going against us, or even small margins, we aren't good enough. I didn't say that it was completely cos of a loss of confidence and things going wrong for us, but when you are on a bad run for whatever reasons, that's how it can affect you, cos you begin to wonder when the next win is coming from, or in our case the first win of the season.
